Woodcock Park Bowls Club

Parking is becoming increasingly difficult in Chestnut Avenue (where the entrance to the Bowls Green is) due to all day parking by commuters and local workers. If you find any difficulty parking in Chestnut Avenue there will be spaces in a Football Club parking area inside the recreation ground. Go past the bowls club gate for about 50 yards. There is a single track drive on the left which runs between allotments for about 200 yards to reach a car park on the right.

 

Most of the time a parking space can be found in the road, but it could be useful to know what to do if you can’t find one.
